Costa Group is the largest cruise line in Europe and part of Carnival Cruises, the largest cruise line in the world. Costa and Aida have joined forces (26-ship fleet) in a new Sales & Marketing organisation for the Netherlands, Belgium, Luxembourg, Sweden, Norway, Finland and Denmark. This position is based in Schiphol-Oost, the Netherlands, and you will be joining our team of 12 people.


In coordination with headquarter in Genua, create yearly planning for country direct sales (by sub-channel, by program and by customer) ensuring sustainability and alignment with strategic inputs.

Monitors country results in terms of bookings, profitability and ROI ensuring definition and execution of opportunity and mitigation plans.

Ensure flawless execution of corporate and local projects on direct sales by interacting with Head of Worldwide New Channels and with central functions.

Support, and enable, our partners in Scandinavia to be at the front line of digital marketing by sharing best practices and by researching and developing opportunities at country level.


A digital marketer, broadly skilled and, great knowledge regarding 'Search Engine Optimization' (SEO), 'Search Engine Advertising' (SEA), 'Real Time Bidding display' (RTB) and 'Social Media'.

The perfect candidate should be knowledgeable, and experienced, in the above mentioned fields, but should have transcendent the need to be operational involved.
Very strong in data analytics and distilling the actionable insights.
Experienced in a corporate international environment
Passionate about new digital developments, and always looking for the best partnerships

> 10 years of experience
English and Swedish mandatory, additional Scandinavian language is a huge plus.
